Peter is a triple award winning trainer with over 20 years’ practical experience working in the food industry in the UK, USA and Europe. He was awarded the SOFHT award for Best Trainer in 2012, 2014 and 2017.
Peter holds a Master of Education, Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Food Safety Management and a Master in Environmental Management and Health and Safety.
Peter has developed and delivered national training programmes on behalf of the Food Standards Agency. He regularly delivers advanced courses in Food Safety, HACCP, Leadership and Management, Environmental Protection, Training Skills and Health and Safety.
