Food business operators are required by law to ensure that food handlers recieve food hygiene training in line with their work activity and it must enable them to handle food safely. This one day course is designed to get food handlers to think about the importance of food safety and not just remember facts and figures. Our brain friendly learning approach towards training makes information meaningful to candidates, and helps them understand it in a way that makes sense to them.

The CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering or Manufacturing is only available for an in-house course delivered at your premises or chosen venue.
Assessment is by a multiple-choice examination, where the candidate must answer at least 20 out of 30 questions correctly.
The examination will take1 hour to complete. HABC examination papers are available in English, Polish, Malayalam and Thai.
