Course Overview and Benefits
Food business operators are required by law to ensure that food handlers recieve food hygiene training in line with their work activity and must enable them to handle food safely. This one day accredited (RQF) course is designed to get food handlers to think about the importance of food safety and not just simply remember facts and figures. Our brain friendly approach towards training makes information meaningful to candidates, and helps them understand it in a way that makes sense to them.

Assessment is by a multiple-choice examination, where the candidate must answer at least 12 out of 20 questions correctly.
The examination will take 45 minutes to complete.
