Overview and Benefits
Food business operators have a legal responsibility to implement a food safety management system based on the principles of HACCP. This qualification provides those working in catering or manufacturing sector with essential knowledge they need to understand prerequisite programmes, preliminary steps , and the principles of HACCP. They will also know how their role can affect food safety and what they can do to support the HACCP system.
The assessment method for this course is a 45 minutes multiple-choice examinaton, consisting of questions. To pass the candidates must correctly answer 12 questions out of 20.
Option 1: Open Course

Option 2: In-house
You can save money by booking an in-house course delivered at your premises or choses venue. The cost is £425,plus £20 per person for examination fee.
