COURSE OVERVIEW & BENEFITS
This 5 day accredited course (RQF) is aimed managers, auditors, owners and anyone else responsible for implementing and maintaining the HACCP system. Candidates will gain a practical understanding of HACCP based on industry best practice, current food safety legislation and real-life case studies. This course is suitable for those working in either the catering or food manufacturing sector.
The tutor for this course has over 30 years’ experience working in the food industry and training sectors. He holds a Master of Science (Msc) in Food Safety Management and a Master of Education (MEd). The examination pass rate for most courses is 100%.
