Globalisation, social responsibility and legislation places an increasing need for Managers to understand how to manage equality and diversity in the workplace. An inclusive workplace and customer focus is good for business with motivated and productive employees, and customers who feel their needs and wants and being met.
This one day course provides the candidate with an overview of the Equality Act 2010 and confidence to understand and deal with issues relating to discriminatory behaviours in the workplace. The candidate will review how successful organisations manage an inclusive workplace and what happens when thing go wrong.
