This one day comprehensive course equips managers, sales persons and anyone else involved in negotiations with key skills to achieve success. Candidates will learn how to prepare for different negotiations, manage complex situations and resolve interpersonal conflict.
Learners are continually assessed throughout the course by completing a variety of engaging and inclusive activities.These will include group discussions, presentations and short written questions based on case studies.
