This one day accredited qualification has been specifically designed for those working in a customer service role. Learners on this course will gain knowledge in the principles of customer service, including customer expectations, appropriate behaviour when interacting with customers, communication skills and dealing with customer complaints.
The assessment method is a multiple-choice examination consisting of 30 questions. To pass the candidate must correctly answer 20 or more questions.
