Customer service is important because it can make or break your business. People will go elsewhere to spend their money if they find your employees rude or incompetent in dealing with their requests. It is estimated that 80% of customer complaints received are down to poor communication. So it’s critical your employees have the right communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service.  

 

This one day accredited qualification has been specifically designed for those working in a customer service role. Learners on this course will gain knowledge in the principles of customer service, including customer expectations, appropriate behaviour when interacting with customers, communication skills and dealing with customer complaints.

Assessment Method

The assessment method is a multiple-choice examination consisting of 30 questions. To pass the candidate must correctly answer 20 or more questions.
