GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
A booking for a training course must be paid upfront, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed with Percipio Training Ltd. In-house bookings will be sent an invoice for the fee with payment made 30 days after the first day of the course. This is at the discretion of the centre manager. Certificates will only be issued once payment in full has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received for individuals or organisations prior to open or in-house course.
Tea, coffee and biscuits is provided on all our courses. Lunch is not provided on any of our courses, unless otherwise stated. We believe this gives the candidate a better choice in choosing their meal as all our venues are located near affordable eateries and supermarkets.
For food allergy and food intolerance requests in regards to biscuits, please notify Percipio Training Ltd prior the training course or course tutor. We strongly advise for those with a food allergy or intolerance not consumed any food for which allergenic ingredients cannot be identified. Percipio Training Ltd does not take responsibility for the safety of food or drink consumed at the venue. This is the responsibility of the training venue provider or caterer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Percipio Training Ltd reserve the right to cancel the course up to three weeks prior to its start date. We would strongly advise that delegates do not make travel or accommodation arrangements before this time. In the unlikely event a course is cancelled a full refund will be given or an option to transfer onto the same course on an alternative date.
You have the right to cancel the course at any time. A full refund will be given if you cancel your booking more than three weeks before the course start date. No refund is available if a booking is cancelled less than three weeks before the course start date or due to non-attendance. If you wish to cancel you booking, please notify us in writing at hello@percipio-training.co.uk. We will confirm in writing your cancellation request.
EXAM RESULTS & RESITS
Depending on the awarding body, it may take up to eight weeks to notify you about your examination result. If you believe the examination is unfair you can appeal the examiner’s decision following the appeals process stipulated by the awarding body. A refund is not available for a delegate who does not pass the examination. The candidate is liable for the costs to resit an examination.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The candidate has a duty to follow all health and safety policies and procedures. We reserve the right to ask the candidate to leave if his or she disregards health and safety guidelines or endangers themselves or others whilst at the training venue. If a candidate is asked to leave for the above reasons no refund is available
